Pupils must be punctual for class on every working day. Late comers should not enter the class without the signature of the Principal / Person Authorized. No pupil may absent himself / herself without obtaining prior leave. Absence will be indicated in the Attendance Register in the following ways:
No absentee should enter the class without the signature of the Vice-Principal / Authorized Signatory.
A student absenting from school for 5 days in succession without prior permission will be marked as "LEFT". He / She will not be readmitted as a matter of policy. If he / she desires to be readmitted, penalty fee will be collected as re-Admission Fee.
A week's notice in writing is required for the removal of a pupil. The father of the pupil concerned should make the requisition. If the father is no more, the mother's signature is necessary.
The Transfer Certificate (T.C.) or any other certificate or testimonial will be issued on leaving.
Pupils will be detained if they take leave during the exam without a valid reason. A student who misses an exam due to sickness or unavoidable circumstances should submit a written leave application form along with the medical certificate, if needed, to the Principal's office immediately.
Re-examination will be conducted for eligible students to whom the leave has been approved. The marks obtained in Weekly Test, Pre-term Test, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Exam will be considered for promotion.
Progress Reports showing the performance of the pupils and their results will be given to the parents after the Term Examinations on the Open Day. Parents or guardians are requested to examine the Progress Report carefully and see that their sons / daughters make a special effort to study those subjects in which they are weak.
